Working Group Established for Phase II DCC Review

The OEB has established the Working Group to support Phase II of the Distribution Customer Connections (DCC) Review. The Working Group will help advance solutions that support economic growth through more efficient connections, greater clarity and predictability for customers and better coordination between distributors and transmitters.

Comprised of representatives with technical and operational expertise in customer connections, the Working Group will play a hands-on role in developing detailed recommendations, addressing technical and implementation issues and refining proposals before they are presented to the Phase II DCC Review Advisory Group for review and feedback.

Working Group members represent the following 15 organizations:

  3. David Schaeffer Engineering (DSEL)
  4. Electrical Safety Authority (ESA)
  5. Electricity Distributors Association (EDA)
  6. Elexicon Energy Inc.
  7. GrandBridge Energy Inc.
  8. Hamilton Community Enterprises (HCE)
  9. Hydro One Networks Inc.
  10. Mattamy Homes Canada
  11. Oakville Hydro Electricity Distribution Inc.
  12. Ontario Energy Collaborative Association (OECA)
  13. RTG Systems Inc.
  14. Tesla Canada
  15. Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited

The Working Group will meet regularly between Advisory Group meetings and provide technical expertise, practical experience and advice to support the implementation of the proposals identified in Phase 1.
