Updates to Energy [X] Change for 2023 - 2025 Term

Following the biennial review of this committee in May 2023, the Energy [X] Change Committee process and composition was refreshed. Updates to the Terms of Reference for the 2023 - 2025 term were made, to provide greater clarity on the expectations of the OEB on this membership as well as what Energy [X] Change members can expect from the OEB.

With respect to membership, participation from the following organizations was renewed with representation to include:

• Vince Brescia, President & CEO, Ontario Energy Association
• Frank D’Andrea, VP & Executive Lead, Enterprise Strategy and Energy Transition, Hydro One
• Dr. Monica Gattinger, Professor, University of Ottawa, Positive Energy
• Heidi Bredenholler-Prasad, VP, Engineering and Integrity, Enbridge Gas Inc.
• Derek Lim Soo, CEO, Peak Power Inc.
• Rocco Rossi, President and CEO, Ontario Chamber of Commerce (shortened term; present to December 31, 2023)
• Teresa Sarkesian, President & CEO, Electricity Distributors Association
