The OEB has received submissions in the IRP Framework Review proceeding from 14 participants, in response to the staff discussion paper:

The OEB will consider all comments received and subsequently determine next steps in this proceeding. The OEB has also issued a Decision and Order on December 11, 2025 determining that the proceeding initiated on the OEB’s own motion to review the OEB’s March 27, 2025 Decision and Order regarding Enbridge Gas’s IRP Pilot Project will not proceed.
