2025 Annual Reporting and Record-keeping Requirements

The OEB has issued a letter to electricity licensees and licensed natural gas marketers, which includes a summary of changes to the Reporting and Record-keeping Requirements (RRR) for the 2025 filing, updates to the RRR documentation, and a reduction in the frequency of reporting for electricity retailers and natural gas marketers.
