Notice of Proposal to Amend the Distribution System Code

The OEB has issued a Notice of Proposal to amend the Distribution System Code. These proposed amendments are intended to establish a Capacity Allocation Model to support a fair allocation of capacity and costs associated with system expansions to accommodate multiple residential subdivisions and other customer connections in a qualifying development area. The OEB invites stakeholders to provide feedback on the proposal by May 9, 2025.
