During its second term – which concluded at the end of 2025 – the AMC continued to offer early input on the Rules of Practice and Procedure, Practice Directions, Filing Requirements, procedural practices (including those overseen by the Registrar), and other matters supporting continuous improvement of the OEB’s adjudicative function. Term 2 reinforced the AMC’s role as a key element of the OEB’s Stakeholder Engagement Framework.
The AMC will continue providing early advice on adjudicative practices, regulatory guidance, and procedural approaches that strengthen the effectiveness, efficiency and transparency of OEB proceedings.

The OEB thanks everyone who put their names forward for Term 3 and looks forward to a productive term. The first meeting of the committee will be scheduled shortly.
The OEB invites nominations for membership in Term #3 of the Adjudicative Modernization Committee (AMC). You may nominate yourself or another qualified candidate. Current and past AMC members (Terms #1 and #2) are also encouraged to apply to help maintain continuity.
Up to 15 members will be selected for a two-year term, with nominations open to individuals from electricity and natural gas utilities, consumer representatives, and past AMC members.
