Confidential Nomination for Appointment to the OEB Adjudicative Modernization Committee
On June 12, 2023, the OEB held the final Adjudicative Modernization Committee (AMC) meeting for term #1. There was consensus among AMC members and OEB staff that they each receive tremendous value from participating on AMC.
Membership of AMC will increase from a maximum of 10 to 12 individuals selected from a list of qualified candidates provided through a nominations process, including membership from utilities in the natural gas and electricity sectors, and customer representatives. Committee members will participate for a term of two (2) years from the date of appointment. Information regarding the duties, role and qualifications necessary for consideration of candidates is contained in the attached Terms of Reference.
The OEB invites those interested in nominating themselves or qualified candidates to participate as a member of Term #2 of AMC by completing this confidential nomination form. The form must be completed and submitted by 5:00 p.m. EST by July 31, 2023.
AMC represents one of a number of advisory mechanisms available to help inform the OEB’s thinking on various adjudicative policies and processes. Candidates not chosen to sit on AMC, will have other opportunities for participation.
